At Skin Statements, we strive to provide the highest level of
services to all clients. TO ensure fairness and efficient
scheduling, the following booking and cancellation policies
apply:
BOOKING REQUIREMENT:
A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be
applied toward your treatment at the time Of payment.
$25 Deposit required for Facials
$10 Deposit required for Brows and Waxing
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Reschedule – If you need to reschedule, a 24-hour notice is
required, and your deposit can be transferred to your new
appointment.
No-shows – If you do not show up to your scheduled
appointment without advance notice, the deposit will be
forfeited and is non-refundable.
Cancellations – If you cancel less than 24 hours before your
scheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited and is
non-refundable.
We appreciate your understanding, as each appointment time
is reserved specifically for you. This policy helps us manage
our schedule efficiently and allows us to accommodate all of
our clients!
